Fat Juicy Bird Enchilada Casserole Recipe



Summer is almost over, and hunting in the jungle has been a challenge so far. So, if you manage to catch a fat, juicy, yellow and orange bird, cook this delicious recipe. And give us some.

Fat Juicy Bird Enchilada Casserole Recipe

1. Hunt for a White & Orange fat bird that cannot fly in the jungle. The fatter, the better.
2. Rub the entire skin with your favorite spices and roast the fat, fat bird. You might get tired rubbing, get some rest if you do.
3. Once cooked, shred the meat. I want to eat now!
4. Chop white onions and caramelize in a pan.
5. Add the shredded fat yummy bird, enchilada sauce, black beans, pinto beans, and some cilantro. Boil and set aside.
6. Line a casserole pan with Pita bread, the yummy fat bird mixture, avocados, another layer of Pita bread, enchilada sauce and lastly lotsa cheese.
7. Dig a pit and light up with fire wood.
8. Put the pan in the pit and cover with leaves.
9. After 20 minutes, enjoy your fat bird enchilada!!!
